To make contributions to the HPE Group Retirement & Saving Program you will need to set up your account with Sun Life. Go to Sun Life:
- On the home page, select Register Now and choose Register – retirement plan.
- Enter your date of birth, country of residence and postal code.
- Enter your Account Number showing on your welcome letter. This letter cannot be sent until after you complete your first benefits enrollment.
- Follow the instructions on the subsequent screens.
You will see your personal Access ID online after you’ve completed your registration. You will receive the password by mail.
Set up your accounts
- When you are ready to set up your accounts, go to the Request menu tab; select Enroll.
- Enter your personal data in all fields as required. The enrollment system will take you through a series of screens.
- At the end of your online enrollment, the system will direct you to the Review and Submit screen.
- Follow the steps shown under the Enrollment Checklist. The Beneficiary Designation Form must be completed, and a signed hard copy sent to Sun Life Financial before your designated beneficiary becomes valid.
- On completion of all the steps shown under the Enrollment Checklist, click the Submit button. Once you have completed the above steps, you may exit the Web site.
- You will receive a personal Access ID and Password after you’ve completed your enrollment.
- Go to the Sun Life site any time to check your account balances or make investment changes. And you don’t have to wait until the annual enrollment period to change your contribution rate. You can do it any time on Sun Life. Select My Plan, Put Money In, Payroll Contributions.
