Follow these steps for your first enrollment:
- Go to HPE Benefits Connect.
- Select the HPE Benefits Enrollment Tool.
- Select Enroll and follow the online steps to enroll.
Steps to Enroll:

- Verify your personal information.
- Input your dependent information and choose their coverage.
- Allocate any excess flex dollars to your HCSA or your HPE Group RRSP and don’t pay any tax. You can also opt to receive your excess flex dollars as taxable cash.
- Enter your beneficiary’s name(s) online.
- Once you make your beneficiary designations, they become effective immediately as no paper forms are required to be submitted. Signing into the system with your unique credentials is your new electronic signature.
- Review your choices. Only you know what’s right for you and your family.
- Select Submit to lock in your choices.
- Print or email a copy of your Confirmation Statement for your records.
Enroll on time
You’ve got 30 days to enroll. If you miss the deadline, you’ll receive default coverage and your dependents won’t be covered. You won’t be able to change your coverage until the next annual enrollment and you’ll need to provide evidence of insurability.
Set up your accounts!
If you do not enroll, the default contribution of 1% will apply and your contributions will be directed to the Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP) and are locked in until retirement/termination.
Can’t find your PIN?
You can request a new one online on HPE Benefits Connect. A new PIN will be emailed to you within 15 minutes of your request.
